HAULVISION pricing is structured around fixed-term subscriptions and Vision Credits used toward services offered by HAULVISION. This approach helps dealers plan visualization needs while enabling HaulVision to manage turnaround times and service quality.
The categories below show how Vision Credits are generally applied across different types of design consults and design requests. Credit usage varies based on scope, complexity, inputs, and revisions, and ranges are provided for reference only.

HaulVision plans are offered as subscriptions billed on a fixed term, for example every two months, six months, or annually, depending on the plan. Subscriptions are not billed monthly. Each business entity may hold one active subscription at any given time.
Vision Credits are HaulVision's internal unit for allocating visualization and design work.

The monthly Vision Credit cap is the primary and controlling usage limit for all plans.
This cap determines:
Monthly capacity limits how many of the plan's available Vision Credits may be used in a month; it does not add credits to the subscription allocation.
Unused monthly Vision Credit capacity does not roll over, accumulate, or transfer to future months.

The current Standard dealer plan is a two-month commitment with 2 Vision Credits included for the subscription term.
The plan allows up to 2 Vision Credits to be used in a month. At 1 Vision Credit per standard trailer design request, its total allocation supports up to 2 standard trailer design requests during the two-month term.
Dealers with higher request volume can inquire about additional capacity, purchase additional Vision Credits for $349 each, or choose a more suitable plan according to their volume.

Trailer counts do not override Vision Credit limits and do not guarantee acceptance or completion of a specific number of trailers.

Standard PDF packages and screenshot deliveries contain non-photorealistic 3D views. More realistic 3D views may be available by request and may consume additional Vision Credits based on the production time required.
HaulVision does not provide:
Construction drawings
Engineering documents
Fabrication-ready files
Editable 3D models or raw design assets
DIY access may provide access to 3D models within HAULVISION's designated environment, but clients may export only 2D visual outputs.
Final models and all underlying 3D work remain the property of HAULVISION and do not belong to the client.
